Elektrárna Brewery, in collaboration with Yuzu, s.r.o., has crafted a fresh Pale Ale with a light citrus aroma and a pleasant bitterness. Before fermentation, we added yuzu fruit processed by South Korean farmers using a traditional method that blends peel, pulp, and juice in a 50:50 ratio with sugar.
